(COMPETÈNCIA O DIMENSIÓ INTERPERSONAL) 

TIPUS DE PREGUNTES

Preguntes obertes: són aquelles que no es poden respondre amb un  un“sí” o un “no”. Normalment,    sol·liciten informació sobre coneixements,emocions i pensaments. Solen començar amb   què,qui,com,quan,on,per què. 

Preguntes tancades: són aquelles que requereixen un “sí” o un “no”com a resposta. 

Preguntes reflexives: són aquelles que busquen qüestionar alguna cosa, fer replantejar un pensament o reconsiderar alguna cosa que ha dit l’altre. 

Preguntes directes: dirigeixen l’atenció cap a una informació molt concreta, busquen una dada molt acotada. A l’hora de formular-les, podem oferir alternatives tancades o especificar molt allò que demanem.

Preguntes retòriques: són aquelles que no busquen tant una resposta,sinó plantejar una reflexió en forma de pregunta
